Technique #1: Plan Ahead

When deciding where to go on your next adventure, plan ahead. If you're planning to travel outside of your country, book your flight and lodging at least 6 months ahead of your planned trip. If you're planning a domestic trip, at least 3 months ahead of time will allow you to research best airlines, lodgings and reduce stress.


Technique #2: Eat What You Want...In Moderation

You're on vacation, enjoy yourself, in a balanced way. Try that baklava and Beef Wellington and make sure to include fruits and vegetables to eat a balanced diet, reduce the chances of gaining weight while traveling and increase self-care.
